Most analytics teams believe they're more mature than they are.
Find out where yours sits — honestly.

What I Do
I translate business ambiguity into measurable KPI frameworks. When an organisation doesn't know what to track or why, I define what success looks like — and build the systems that prove it.
I build analytics products that teams actually use: intelligence platforms, automated pipelines, and AI-powered decision tools. I own them from concept to production to iteration.
I apply data to the decisions that grow businesses — pricing, client optimization, partner performance, and forecasting. My work connects directly to the top and bottom line.
Featured Work
Every project started with a business problem — not a technical one.
More Work
Replaced a manual spreadsheet process across 4 teams with a full enterprise workflow — real-time booking data enrichment, multi-team resolution tracking, and compliance analytics.
→ Resolution rate: 36% → 87% · Hundreds of thousands recovered · 30+ users
Delivered a $350M → $1B revenue growth roadmap to IOL World's C-suite using ensemble forecasting (Prophet, LSTM, PRISMA) with custom business logic and event trends.
→ 3-year growth roadmap · Drill-down: chain → city · Weekly actual vs. forecast tracking
Transformed markup optimization from weeks of intuition-based guesswork into a weekly data-driven decision cycle with trend-based pricing recommendations per demand partner.
→ First feedback loop for markup decisions — weeks → weekly clarity
Built a crisis-aware hospitality intelligence platform during the Iran-Israel-US geopolitical conflict to help hotel executives identify at-risk KPIs and protect revenue in real time.
→ Later became the Crisis Intelligence module of IOL Pulse — used by 300+ chains
Monday.com's built-in views show only current state — they can't answer what the funnel looked like 3 months ago, which deals moved, or which owners are pushing progress backward. Built a fully embedded Board View app that answers all of it: real-time webhooks writing to PostgreSQL, point-in-time funnel reconstruction, and an owner movement scoring engine across 1,500+ live deals.
→ Full-stack delivered in 48 hours — React on Vercel, Node.js/Express + PostgreSQL on Azure, real-time webhook pipeline

About
I'm an analytics leader based in Dubai, working at the intersection of data, product, and commercial strategy in hospitality technology. Over the past 5 years I've moved from building ML pipelines to owning the analytics layer of products that run at enterprise scale.
I've learned that the most important skill in this field isn't technical — it's the ability to understand what a business actually needs from its data, and then build the thing that delivers it.
Currently open to Analytics Lead, BI Lead, Analytics Manager, and Head of Analytics opportunities where I can build and scale a data function that drives real commercial outcomes.
Leadership Philosophy
“Analytics only creates value when it changes a decision. Every system I build starts with the same question: what decision does this need to support, and what would make the person making that decision more confident and faster?”
I don't believe in dashboards for the sake of dashboards, or models for the sake of models. I believe in understanding the commercial problem first — the stakeholder pressure, the missing visibility, the process that's breaking.
The best analytics work is invisible. When it's done right, the business team doesn't think "I used a tool." They think "I made a better decision."
Thought Leadership
The story behind IOL Pulse and what it taught me about the gap between analytics demos and analytics products.
The difference between a dashboard that informs and one that drives action — and the design choices that determine which one you've built.
What I learned building Athena: entity resolution, hallucination prevention, and why most LLM analytics tools fail in production.
